The Tegernsee Chalet is nestled in one of the most desirable and beautiful regions of Bavaria. Surrounded by stunning nature and a wealth of recreational opportunities, including hiking, (mountain) biking, sailing, swimming, diving, paragliding, skiing, touring, golfing, and more, it is not only an ideal and central starting point but also offers the best conditions for a perfect and varied vacation.

The Tegernsee Chalet is located at the entrance to the Tegernsee Valley on the northern shore of Lake Tegernsee, near the town of Gmund in the district of Ostin. Gmund and the lakeshore are just 1.7 km away. In Gmund and the nearby district of Dürnbach, you'll find plenty of shopping options, as well as restaurants and eateries.

A dining restaurant is just a 2-minute walk from the chalet. Approximately 1 km away, at Ödberg, you'll find a summer toboggan run and a climbinggarden in the forest, open from spring to autumn, along with an alpine hut. In winter, the Ödberg transforms into a ski slope with a drag lift.

Right from the chalet, you can easily start walking tours, beautiful hikes and mountain tours to alpine meadows and enjoy stunning views.

Upon request, the owner can arrange for pick-up from the Gmund train station.
