General Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation or booking, you accept the general reservation terms and conditions of Tegernsee Chalet, U. Kleiner. The following conditions apply to all reservations and bookings. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Existing bookings and reservations will not be affected by such changes.
Prices
All prices are per night. The maximum occupancy is 6 persons. The minimum stay depends on the travel dates and is generally seven nights.
Booking
You can find information about our rental and pricing offers on our website. To book, please send an email to: chalet@tegernsee-chalet.de or call us at: +49 174 2421943. We will send you a reservation confirmation within 24 hours.
The full booking amount is due at the time of reservation and can be paid via bank transfer. After we receive your payment, you will receive all relevant arrival information by email.
If your arrival date is more than three months after the booking date, 50% of the total amount is due immediately, with the remaining 50% due three weeks before arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing to the email address provided.
- Cancellations made up to 31 days ahead of arrival date are free of charge.
- From 30 days or less before arrival date, 33% of the total amount will be charged.
- From 14 days or less, 75% will be charged.
- From 7 days or less, 90% will be charged.
- In case of non cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged.
In some cases, a bank fee may apply for refund transfers.
Payment
Payment is made in advance (at the time of booking) via bank transfer.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €400 is required. This can be paid in cash upon arrival or transferred in advance. It will be refunded in cash or via bank transfer on the day of departure, provided no damages have occurred.
Damages
Any damage caused by the guest must be compensated by the guest.
Cleaning Service
Upon request, mid-stay cleaning and towel changes are available for an additional fee.
Towels and Bed Linen
Hand towels, bath towels, bed linen, table linens, and kitchen towels are provided and included in the rental price.
Check-In on Arrival Day
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please inform the host of your estimated arrival time.
If you expect to arrive later, please contact the host in advance.
House Rules
Please observe the following house rules:
Noise
a.) Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM and maintain a respectful indoor volume.
b.) Parties are not permitted, especially in the case of group travel, bachelor or bachelorette parties.
c.) Please respect the peace and privacy of the neighbors.
Security
a.) Always lock doors and close windows when leaving the house.
Waste Disposal
a.) Please separate and dispose of all waste in the designated bins.
Smoking
a.) Tegernsee Chalet is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the terraces and in the garden—please use an ashtray.
b.) Smoking inside the house will result in a special cleaning fee of €500.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies.
Lighting
a.) Please turn off all lights when leaving the house — out of environmental consideration.
